Straight to business....100% Satisfaction!!! I just came in to rotate my tires and Yolanda suggested i got my oil change as well being that i was at 20% remaining. She said it was a better idea t I just came in to rotate my tires and Yolanda suggested i got my oil change as well being that i was at 20% remaining. She said it was a better idea to get it out of the way now before the temperature began to drop and also to avoid having to make a second trip being that i came all the way from Jersey. Either way she had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend anyone who comes to this service center to ask for Yolanda and they will be extremely satisfied with her service. More

WORST SERVICE ADVISOR TO DEAL WITH I BROUGHT MY CAR FOR AN OIL CHANGE AT 10:50. SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR. AT 12:30PM WALKED TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED HER FOR THE STATUS OF THE I BROUGHT MY CAR FOR AN OIL CHANGE AT 10:50. SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR. AT 12:30PM WALKED TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED HER FOR THE STATUS OF THE WORK BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG. SHE SAID SHE IS NOT A DISPATCHER AND MY CAR WILL BE READY IN TEN MINUTES. AT 1:05 PM I WENT BACK TO HER TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, SHE SAID FIVE MORE MINUTES. I DID NOT WANT TO BELIEVE HER, SO I ASKED TO WALK DOWN THE RAMP TO SEE IF MY CAR IS BEING SERVICED. IT TURNED OUT THAT MY CAR WAS STILL PARKED AND SHE DID NOT SUMMIT THE PAPER WORK FOR THE SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED. FINALY, I GOT MY CAR BY 2:00PM WHICH IS THREE HOURS LATER BECAUSE OF HER GROSS NEGLIGENCE. IN ADDITION TO THAT, SHE WAS RUDE. BECAUSE OF THE DELAY THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT PERFORMED THE COURTESY MULTI POINT. More
