Excellent Service and Staff I own a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. This is my 4th Honda Pilot. Bill Barbe is a really nice salesman. He is patient & and as far as salesmen goes, a pleasure to work with; however to me the Service Department is the heart of ANY dealership. I will ONLY use this Dealership for SERVICE. Greg Andrews is an amazing Service person. He is always there to answer questions & makes sure I am taken care of. The other Service Representatives are also good. I have never felt taken advantage of. From the time I pull my car into the service area to the time I am handed back my keys I have never have a problem. If I do it is addressed immediately and taken car of. I would recommend this dealership. Even if you do not purchase your Honda from Millennium Honda do use their service department. More

Honda 2007 Inspection & Oil Change I always have a professional experience bringing in all my Hondas for service at Millennium Honda. I feel like I am being treated as the most importan I always have a professional experience bringing in all my Hondas for service at Millennium Honda. I feel like I am being treated as the most important customer which is how one should feel bringing in their baby. This particular day I dropped off my Accord for an annual inspection and early oil change at 7am. Yoland Perez my customer service rep greeted me with a smile and "willing to help with anything attitude" serviced me. She checked me in quickly as I needed a porter to transport me to an early train as I work in NYC. She told me "Don't worry ... your in good hands, and I will call you later with an update". She took notes of my concerns and even went out of her way to provide that ultimate customer service as she pick me up later that evening at 6:45PM at the train station since the porters' last run ended at 3PM. Yoland Perez provides that personal touch in customer service that every car dealer should have! More
