Service at its BEST!!! I bought my Honda Accord from Honda City, Levittown, a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and it came with 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty. in less than a month I bought my Honda Accord from Honda City, Levittown, a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and it came with 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty. in less than a month, I started having problems, its steering wheel was vibrating, every time I accelerated or moved after stopping from a red light or stop sign. I took it to Honda City and they wont agree to this issue. I took it twice actually and they said everything was fine. The problem was so visible, I could not live with it, one of my friends recommended me to get it checked by Millennium Honda as the vehicle is still under warranty and I can go to any dealer irrespective of from where I bought, but generally the dealer from where you bought it should take care of it but I was not, and so Millennium Honda I went to Greg, actually randomly, didn't knew he has such a high level of medals and appreciation to his name, I explained him my issue, he said he will check out the vehicle, if there is an issue and if its covered, they will fix it free of cost, if not covered they will still fix it and I can probably take the bill to Honda City, my original dealer. In a few hours, Greg told me the mechanic also saw the issue, its very visible and they need to replace engine mounts and that is covered under warranty of my vehicle so I do not have to pay a single dime out of my pocket. They ordered the part, scheduled an appointment with me and replaced it. for first a few days the problem seemed to be gone but it was still there, I still felt some vibrations on the steering wheel. I called Greg and told him I still have an issue, he didn't question me anything and asked me to bring in the car, will check it out. he also made sure it went to the same mechanic (Joe) who originally fixed it, checked if he was available that day when he asked me to bring in my car. I took my car the second time, Joe the mechanic checked it, fixed it and personally came with me on a test drive. He wanted to make sure the problem is 100% resolved. We took a test drive and I didn't see the issue. I still told Greg and Joe if there is an issue, I will come back, Joe actually told me that I can bring it in, he can with managers permission keep the car and test drive for a day or two if needed. So the bottom line is, the attitude and eagerness to resolve the issue and send the customer fully satisfied, which I saw in Millennium Honda, Thanks to Greg Andrews and Joe. More
