I normally drop my car off and use their awesome shuttle service. Steve was attentive and respectful. He called me right away to let me know what the issues were. He explained everything in full detail. Every time I called, he answered my calls. If I had to leave a voicemail, he returned my call right away. He was always in touch with me to let me know how the repairs were going. There were no tricks, no games, no hidden fees, no issues and simply put, Steven provides the best service hands down. I frequent places for the experience as well as the the service and Steve never lets me down! The moment I arrived to pick up my car, Steve saw me and said let me make sure to get the car for you. Talk about world class service! Honda sets the bar high and it is employees like Steve that make me feel comfortable talking about my vehicle in a professional manner. Bottom line folks, if you are getting your car serviced at any other Honda location, do yourself a favor and stop by Millennium Honda because their service will change your perception about dealerships. I did extensive research and was extremely hesitant in dealing directly with a dealership in any capacity as far as purchasing and servicing my vehicle.
