Appt for oil change - meaningless. 2 hrs later-nothing Made an appt for an oil change - 10:15 am. Arrived in plenty of time, was told it could be a couple of hours. The car is due for an inspection this month so the attendant asked if that should be done also. Said yes - he said it would be a couple of hours, so settled in to wait. 2 hours later, having heard nothing , decided to check on the status . Was told the car had not even been taken in for the oil change! Decided to bag it and leave. Was then asked if I would like a free car wash!!!!! Answered no and left. Will never go back - for anything. More

Greg greets me heartily by name whenever I come in, makes me feel welome, always provides information and education to me so I can make an educated decision, and consistently follow up to let me know when my vehicles are ready for pick up. I feel confident that I am getting the best advise and really trust Greg to tell me what's going on with my car and what it needs to keep it in tip top shape. He has years of experience and is really knowledgeable. I currently own three cars from this dealership: a Fit , a Civic and the ridgeline. Greg expertly takes care of them all and will continue to do so for years to come. It's a good feeling to know you can trust the person who takes care of the our cars.
