I am glad that I drove out this far. The service here was great. Victoria was courteous and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and I left feeling satisfied by the experience. I intend to come back to this dealership in the future. More

While going to Millennium Honda in Hempstead Going to have your car serviced or repaired is not on most people's top 10 list of fun things to do. While going to Millennium Honda in Hempstead is not fun, I equate going on vacation to Hawaii as fun, it is a pleasant experience.....for a car dealership visit that is. We were helped by Mr. Greg Andrews who couldn't have been nicer. He took the time to review our car's service record with us and explained in detail what was advisable to be serviced now, in this case an oil change and engine and air filters. After that work had been completed, he took the time to meet with us again and go over the results of the car's checkup. He showed us the mechanic's detailed evaluation of the car which showed notable tire wear. He explained the numbers that detail tread wear but also explained that the tires were still safe to drive on and that new tires were not needed at this point. Overall we very pleased with our visit to Millennium and the way that we were honestly and thoughtfully treated. Highly recommended for car repair or service. If you want to have real fun, go to Hawaii ! P.S. Go to the their parts counter and ask to say hello to Odyssey the cat ! More

Greg can anticipate customer's concerns and resolve the issue before it becomes a big issue. He has a very calm effect with customers and the staff. He was able to look at what needed to be done on my car and prioritize how I should complete the work. By working with the Honda warranty company I saved LOTS of money. I now schedule my appointments through Greg to make sure he is around for any discussions that I needed on repairs. More
Appt for oil change - meaningless. 2 hrs later-nothing Made an appt for an oil change - 10:15 am. Arrived in plenty of time, was told it could be a couple of hours. The car is due for an inspection this month so the attendant asked if that should be done also. Said yes - he said it would be a couple of hours, so settled in to wait. 2 hours later, having heard nothing , decided to check on the status . Was told the car had not even been taken in for the oil change! Decided to bag it and leave. Was then asked if I would like a free car wash!!!!! Answered no and left. Will never go back - for anything. More
