Recall Service Needed - Absolutely satisfied!!! Needed some recall work done on my Honda Odyssey. I called another dealer here on Long Island, and couldn't even get anyone there to call me back! Needed some recall work done on my Honda Odyssey. I called another dealer here on Long Island, and couldn't even get anyone there to call me back! This really irritated me, especially since this recall was related to an issue with the Vehicle's braking system (VSA) -- which puts me and my children at risk!! So anyway, went ahead and called Millennium Honda to see if they could do this recall work for me. I was pleasantly surprised when it took me literally less than 5 minutes to make an appointment, and when they agreed to take my car in within the next couple of days. It was SO easy to make an appointment, and and the appointment time given to me was SO convenient. I really appreciated that. In addition, on the day of the appointment - I wanted to have the work done a little earlier in the day. They accommodated me and were able to take care of it! The service advisor, Mark Skawinski, did a great job of getting me in and out of there as quickly as possible, and was extremely friendly and courteous to boot. Because the other Honda dealer (Honda City, in Levittown) never even called me back to schedule my Recall Service, it's the only reason I wound up trying Millennium Honda in Hempstead. Boy, was I glad that I did. I will be coming back here in the future not only for service, but will be here when it's time to buy my next Honda vehicle. Definitely recommend this place. If their other operations are like their Service Area, you'll be pleasantly satisfied! More

For example, Greg had provided me with a car to use when my vehicle was being serviced for longer than expected. He had everything ready to go for me so I was able to go to school and work without any inconvenience to my schedule. He goes above and beyond to ensure quality customer service and makes sure my vehicles are treated with the utmost care. He lets me know what is going on with my vehicle if I don't understand and addresses any and all concerns I may have. I really appreciate that. Gregory Andrews is a great asset to Millenium Honda.
