Great Service! I took my Honda Odyssey in to be checked for a recall. Frank Trotta was my service advisor. He was very friendly and professional. From past experi I took my Honda Odyssey in to be checked for a recall. Frank Trotta was my service advisor. He was very friendly and professional. From past experience with another dealership I didn't really trust car dealerships, but Frank was extremely helpful and very honest. Both him and his mechanics not only checked to see if my van was affected by the recall but also took care of some other small issues I was having. And about 30 minutes later Mark informed me of their findings and then clearly explained to me what needed to be done and what it would cost if I was not covered under warranty , Then Mark Proceeded to look deeper in to my extended warranty and learned that I had Honda Care , Which meant the repairs would not cost me anything. Great Service I came in in the evening with a nail in my tire. I was taken immediately and i told Mark what I needed and when the car should be down which was with I came in in the evening with a nail in my tire. I was taken immediately and i told Mark what I needed and when the car should be down which was within 30 to 45 minutes and he told me no problem. I must say when I returned the car was ready. I found the staff courteous and helpful. More
