I bought a brand new Honda Odessey. at 8000 milles the car started having a vibration on the steering wheel due to defected rotors, I asked them to replace the rotors and they said no because they were fi car started having a vibration on the steering wheel due to defected rotors, I asked them to replace the rotors and they said no because they were fixeble.I disagree but I had no choice now the problem is back and Millenium Honda is blaming me for the problem saying that it is the way I drive.I am 53 years old and this is the tenth car I have and I never had a problem like this. when I bought the car I also bought the extention warranty so I could be covered but now they said to me that the extention warranty does not cover rotors. It is so frustrated, I do not recomend any person to buy Honda Cars at this dealer. they lie to customers and after they get their deal, you as a customer are not important to them. More
In 2005, I purchased a new Honda Pilot EXL and a new Honda CRV. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Millenium Honda ever since because Greg Andrews provides EXCEPTIONAL service. I don't trust m Honda CRV. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Millenium Honda ever since because Greg Andrews provides EXCEPTIONAL service. I don't trust my vehicles to anyone else. I moved from Floral Park to Plainview last year but continue to have my cars serviced at Millenium Honda even though there is another dealer close by. I will not give up someone that I can depend on to save myself some time by servicing the cars closer to home. Through the years, Greg has demonstrated integity, dependability and exceptional customer service skills. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership and I regret not previously documenting how much I appreciate his service. I truly feel that my family is traveling in safe and well-maintained vehicles due to his efforts. He has always taken the time to provide explanations and is meticulous regarding follow up on any vehicle issues that I raise. While my purchase experience in 2005 was pleasant, the primary reason that I would purchase from Millenium Honda again is because I would want to continue to have my vehicles serviced with Greg Andrew's oversight. I give my recommendation for this dealer based on my experience with the Assistant Service Manager Greg Andrews. he has always made himself available and returns my calls quickly. As a returning customer of several years to Millennium Honda, I can honestly say I, for the most part, have always had great experiences there. Most of my dealings have been with the service department, in which Eric Ellis has worked on a number of issues regarding my vehicle. Eric has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy any questions and/or concerns I had with my car. His professionalism, respect and helpfulness, demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. Unfortunately during my last visit, Honda was unable to “properly” diagnose/fix a reoccurring issue that’s been going on with my car. Although this experience wasn’t one of my best at Honda, this mishaps isn’t enough to overlook all other experiences I’ve had with the company, nor does it undermine the exceptional customer service I received from Eric. When you give over your car to a mechanic, it is like giving your child to a babysitter. I had my car serviced by Frank Trotta and cannot be more pleased. Knowing exactly what to look for, he took the time to explain what the problem was and repaired it in a timely fashion. I have always been wary of car mechanics but Frank has restored my faith in people. There are actually honest car mechanics. Should you need a repair or service, Frank and his crew are wonderful.
