I would like to thank , the service team from the time I entered and was greeted with a kind friendly face. The service representative , her name was sue. She was very warm and professional . I was called by 1pm, that my car was ready . Outstanding. When I arrived, she was not at her desk . One of the other reps, process my paperwork and had me sit in the waiting room. Once sue discovered, I was there, to pick up my car. She than came to the waiting room to check on me. She assured me, everything was completed properly and than had my car washed and brought out for me. Awesome experience, millennium , knows how to take care their customers and generate a positive customer satisfaction rating . Thanks again sue for everything More
