Outstanding Job done by Mark Skawinski I went for my car service at Millennium Honda, and the service man was Mark Swawinski. His level of professionalism was outstanding. He answered t all the questions that I had in regards to my Bluetooth connectivity, and that happened on a very busy Saturday morning. I really feel valued as a customer. The service was done and with excellence. As as I was waiting, I noticed that he behaves professionally with other customers as well. Someone Like Mark, is definitely is a big plus in this organization. I suggest that the head of the company uses his human approach in dealing with customers to train other employees. Customers might forget about a job done, but they will always remember how they have been treated. More

Mark Skawinski was a true pleasure to work with. He was clearly busy upon my arrival, but took a second to acknowledge me and shortly after, help me. I asked him how long the service would take and he answ clearly busy upon my arrival, but took a second to acknowledge me and shortly after, help me. I asked him how long the service would take and he answered 45 minutes. At the 45 minute mark, he apologized to me that it was taking longer but assured me it would be done soon and a quick car wash would be included. He has a friendly and honest way about him and took a few extra seconds to tell me what was going on. When the car was finished, he quickly showed me the way and thanked me for coming in. Also, suggested that I go on the website for coupons for next visit. I was treated very nicely and would definetly recommend him to anyone needing services at Honda.
