I had an issue with my car that did not start, however all the lights were clearly displayed on the dashboard, radio working and headlights were bright. I initially thought the problem was the alternator. My husband brought the car to the center for a diagnosis. We were told that the problem was the alternator and we needed to have a Honda battery, but the original battery was fine. We decided to listen to the "experts" and they installed the alternator and the battery. The next day, the car didn't start again. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot and the ignition starter worked. This happened several times as I was running errands. We brought the car back to Honda. The third time, they said that the problem was the starter at a cost of $800, after we paid for a new alternator and battery at a cost of $2048. Fortunately, we were able to work the issue out with a manager to cover the cost of the ignition starter which was the original problem in the first place. My financial loss was $2048 I would recommend that HONDA hire A1 auto mechanics to teach the younger mechanics how to diagnose the symptoms that the car owner provides. I had a similar problems a few years ago with a clutch that had to be brought in for several times until I requested an A1 mechanic, his name is Joe, and he fixed my issue in no time.
