I left my 2017 Honda to be diagnosed and fixed. 4 days later after many attempts to reach the repair consultant (Tara) I finally learned that car hasn't been diagnosed yet. I just needed a simple oil change & Tire Rotation, and I must of gotten there at around 4:45pm I had no issues leaving my car & picking it up the following morning...
