My thanks today to Tara for her excellent customer service..My mother brought in her CRV for a NYS inspection and an oil change yesterday. There was a miscommunication and the SUV was given an oil cha service..My mother brought in her CRV for a NYS inspection and an oil change yesterday. There was a miscommunication and the SUV was given an oil change and a multi point inspection, but not a NYS inspection. Mom, called when she got home, after realizing the error. I brought the CRV in and Tara remembered us and got my inspection done quickly. My only issue is They no longer give a free state inspection, even though we bought the car there and had an oil change. The cost of inspection was only $37 and I was there about 90 minutes. So in the end it all worked out. More

Millennium Honda completed the repairs quickly and professionally. I appreciate that they gave me a loaner car. I wish their service labor and parts prices were less expensive though.
