We agreed on a price for a car, filled out paper work ,signed and left a large deposit. Was told they would call me when car was located. A few days later was called and told that they could not sell me ,signed and left a large deposit. Was told they would call me when car was located. A few days later was called and told that they could not sell me the car for the signed and agreed price. Intead was told I could have the car for an additional $750.00. Needless to say I hope I can get my refund back! Any one that goes back on their word can't be trusted. More

After the purchase of my Sonata they treated me with carelessness and unconcern when I called and did not give messages to those I asked for. It also took them over one month to reemburse my credit card carelessness and unconcern when I called and did not give messages to those I asked for. It also took them over one month to reemburse my credit card for the trade in amount, costing me 2 months interest. Then, when I complained that there were a few problems with the car I couldn't get a service appointment for 3 weeks, and no loaner car so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work, though they promised me the best service when I bought the car. The talk a great game but don't deliver in reality! More
