This is our second Lease with Eric, and we plan to come back within the year to see Eric trade in our Nissan for a new Hyundai. Eric is NOT your A-typical salesman that you meet in other Dealerships, just chasing a buck and pushing the vehicle that will bring him back the best return, he is a genuine person that actually cares about you and what vehicle best suits you. I also want to throw in a shout out for Shabazz in Finance who saw to attended to us diligently, discussed "our needs", but unlike other dealerships, was not pushy about trying to line his pockets with additional unnecessary add on's. We discussed all options and details, and came to agreements on what would suit our requirements. We thank him for helping to make this a pleasant experience. DO NOTTT EVER GO HERE,WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! As my mother was in need of a new car we came to see what millenium hyundai had to offer. This is the first time she is purchasing a car on her own. S As my mother was in need of a new car we came to see what millenium hyundai had to offer. This is the first time she is purchasing a car on her own. She went by herself to the dealerahip for the first time and as a woman she was totally and completely taken advantage of by the salesman frank gioia, he showed her a 2016 sonata for $12,900 with 45k miles, my moms reaction was wow a 2016 for 12,9 thats a great deal she asked him questions about the car but all he told her was it was a used car from colorado he doesnt know much about it, but it was used as a company car there was 1 previous owner and he used it to make sales in , thats why for a 1 year old car it had so many miles already. He said that its in her price range, it has a clean car fax, its a great car that its the best option for her. She fell in love with the car because it looked as if brand new and for a 1 yr old car that was a great price, she wanted to come back with her brother or my boyfriend so she could have them help her figure out if its a good car for her to get, but that wouldnt be for a few days and she didnt want the car to get sold in the mean time. So she left a deposit on the car, and made sure it was refundable and she took the car fax home with her. As soon my boyfriend looked at the car fax , he noticed it was registered as a rental/fleet vechicle. Which most people know you never want to get a rental, the salesman knew my mom was new to the whole car buying experience and he didnt tell her its a rental car ? he made the car sound as if it was so perfect for her that being said , my boyfriend and I went to look at it with her and yes it looked nice but the hood would not open and when my boyfriend finally got the hood latch up he noticed a dent on a pipe or something, told her the car is not the one for her and that she should not get a rental because you dont know who drived it and what really happened with it, she went to talk to frank and was upset he didnt point out it was a rental car , he did tell her it was used to do sales making it sound as if its not a big deal , but to us he goes yeah its a rental why do u think the price is so low we need to get it off the lot , but my mom told him she wants to pass and would like her deposit back, NOW it gets crazy, so he tells her your deposit is not refundable , she says yes you promised me it was i signed the deposit papers where you told me to and we discussed that i was just looking and wanted to leave a deposit but it was never definte i was getting the car , he tells that she signed a bill of sale when she was here the first time and that she owns the car now. ALL OF OUR MINDS WERE BLOWN , he had tricked her into signing a bill of sale when she thought she was signing papers for leaving a deposit , and now reading other people's reviews i see that they do this A LOT to people. He told her she cant get the money back , and that you are a grown adult you should be paying more attention to what your signing next time and that she owes them money they dont owe her money. But wait she trusted you when you told her she was signing papers for the deposit and you marked all the x's on the paper sign here here and here and you couldnt tell her she was signing a bill of sale , you didnt give her any copies or any knwoledge of what she was doing , you played it as your just leaving a deposit and can come get it back if you dont want the car. Now she tells him i dont want that car i want my money back , his manager backs him up and says i understand u signed the bill of sale she says no that never happened and explained she was just leaving a deposit he told her he will not give the deposit back but that she can pick a different car from their lot, and that he will try to do it in the same price range. I WAS A MANAGER BEFORE MY CURRENT JOB AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SATISFY YOUR CUSTOMERS nothing about this experience was making us satisfied just angry and dissapointed about how we were getting treated , so feeling like we are stuck here she goes to look at some other cars they have. She found a 2014 sonata that she was ok with getting but we were not happy they showed us this car and it is a 15,000 car but ok you said you were doing it around 12,9 the manager said if you really want this car the lowest ill do is 14,700 and that that car is cheapest car he has there besides the rental, so wait now she has to spend more money because of you xxxxxxxx, we kept insisting on our money back but they wouldnt budge so my mom settled on the 2014 and gave them a 13,000 check and told them she will bring the rest of the money on the day she picks up the car, that was 10 days ago , no one has called her to let her know she can come pick up the car , no one has made contact with her about anything , every time she calls she never gets to talk to her salesman what is going on there ?? She wants to get her car that you guys trapped her into buying , today we are going down there to see what the xxxx is going on. Oh and the car had no floor mats like all the other ones did so my mom asked if they could please give her floor mats (nicely not making a big deal about it ) and the salesman frank told her that he would have to steal floor mats from a different car and that hes not losing his job just to give her floor mats. What is wrong with this guy , THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER , ive bought 3 cars already and ive never been treated this way, no body should and just because she was a women without any knowledge of buying cars this is how you treat her you money hungry scammers. She gave you the money , she gave you business , she did what you guys wanted her ti end up doing and the salesman cant even return her calls and let her know that she can come get the car. I am telling everyone i know not to go to this dealership and i hope this review enlightens other readers to STAY AWAY FROM MILLENIUM HYUNDAI. DO NOT HAVE FRANK GIOIA AS YOUR SALESMAN, they are xxxxxxxx artists. More
