Maybe One of My Best Car Purchase Experiences I came in for a NY State Inspection. Coincidentally, Niki had left a voicemail for me during the week, so I went in to the showroom to acknowledge th I came in for a NY State Inspection. Coincidentally, Niki had left a voicemail for me during the week, so I went in to the showroom to acknowledge the message.. I had no intention of trading in my car that day. In reviewing my record Niki noticed I had visited the sales department in October. Regretfully, the October shopping trip was not a great experience. I have seen at least two sorely needed major staff changes in the Sales Department since buying my first Hyundai at Millenium four years ago. CONGRATULATIONS MILLENIUM, you now have a Winning Professional Team in the Sales Department!! Niki, Dave and Winston made this purchase (lease) experience not only seamless, but pleasant, allowing me to enjoy getting a new car. More

They Made Car Buying a Good Experience I took my old car in for a repair but knew it was on its last leg and was open to the possibility of purchasing a new one. After I left my car with the service center I went into the sales area and explored the possibility of leasing a new Elantra. I ultimately decided to lease a new vehicle. Car buying is never easy. I have done it several times in my life and this was by far my best experience. The salesperson I worked with, Niki Mastrandricos, was wonderful. She worked with me all day long and could not have delivered better customer service. Thank you Niki! More

I originally inquired about an 04 Explorer they had for sale, the mileage was not listed so I put in a request online to find out the mileage. I got a generic response from Le'Yani Lundy, their internet/appointment coordinator person. I then emailed back simply asking for the mileage. Le'Yani Lundy continued to send me 4-5 generic emails with me requesting the mileage in-between each one. Seems that she is completely incompetent and cannot simply read an email and answer accordingly. Would NEVER buy a car here, and given the many bad reviews on Yelp, google Reviews, DealerRater, Cars, and Facebook I would be wary of ANYONE buying a car here. WOULD NOT use this dealership- ever. More
