Service advisor Orlando was friendly, courteous, and professional. I have a mobility disability, walk with a cane. When the car was finished, the service tech parked it in the available spot which was a professional. I have a mobility disability, walk with a cane. THIS REVIEW IS FOR MY APPOINTMENT ON MAY 13, 2026. I brought my 2024 Hyundia Tucson (7AM appointment) for inspection of my right rear backup housing because of condesation inside the housing. I waited I brought my 2024 Hyundia Tucson (7AM appointment) for inspection of my right rear backup housing because of condesation inside the housing. I waited for TWO HOURS to find that a diagnostic inspection of my car was conducted pointing out recommended services (which I do appreciate and will follow up on), and the rear backup housing needs to be replaced. BUT the rear backlight housing is not in stock. I will be notified when the part is in. This visit was for the repair or replacement of the rear light housing. Now I have to wait for the replacement part and then schedule another date for the replacement rear backup housing to be installed and recommended services to be completed. And who knows how long that will take. NOTE: I live in Rockville Centre and your transportation services are not available. More
