After the purchase of my Sonata they treated me with carelessness and unconcern when I called and did not give messages to those I asked for. It also took them over one month to reemburse my credit card carelessness and unconcern when I called and did not give messages to those I asked for. It also took them over one month to reemburse my credit card for the trade in amount, costing me 2 months interest. Then, when I complained that there were a few problems with the car I couldn't get a service appointment for 3 weeks, and no loaner car so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work, though they promised me the best service when I bought the car. The talk a great game but don't deliver in reality! More
