Because of the quality of Toyota vehicles, my decision was easy. I made an appointment online with Millennium Toyota (spoke with Anthony Cirillo, who was also extremely professional and helpful), and Maria Collado met my husband and I, shook our hands, talked with us about our needs, took us on a test drive and made the experience very pleasant. We came in looking for a 2 year lease, but she offered us a great deal on the 3 year lease, and we decided on that! Ms. Collado is very patient and professional, with excellent customer service skills. As I finished unpacking my old Camry and she gave me the keys to my first ever new vehicle, she said to me, "you work hard; you deserve it!". Our car insurance company was closed on Saturday, and we were provided dealer plates so I left in a new Toyota Avalon Saturday evening. Your Finance Manager Sam Taylor is also amazing, extremely pleasant and professional, and very sensitive to customer's needs. He made what could've been a very disappointing situation very doable because he didn't give up on us due to previous credit issues. I had an excellent customer service experience at Millennium Toyota and would recommend to all my family and friends! More

Had it not for Micheal Korgood, i would have given up hoping for a better deal on the RAV 4 and went straight to HOnda where the manager is the brother of a friend of mine. Grateful to Micheal Korgood for not giving up on me. Processing of the papers was no problem at all, i even got a better deal on car insurance with the recomendation of Micheal Korgood and the professional handling of Brian Gielberto from All State. Went back to get the car saturday morning, service rendered by Brian Tighe was exceptional, very friendly and made the car ready in no time. More

Employees interactions Michael had asked us to step into a woman name Scarlet's office. I'm not sure what was going on but Scarlet was upset about something and was complete Michael had asked us to step into a woman name Scarlet's office. I'm not sure what was going on but Scarlet was upset about something and was completely inappropriate in front of myself and my fiance, her customers. She started yelling at Michael and when he walked out of the room called him "stupid" in front of us. Faced with an awkward situation, Michael carried himself very well and attempted to calm Scarlet down. This woman was inappropriate and unprofessional. I wish to not deal with her again and would not recommend her business to any of my family or friends. More
