Overall my experience with Millenium Toyota and Jennifer Boldis speciffically was very good. Although the negotiation process was longer and more drawn out than it needed to be I ultimately paid a fair pric Boldis speciffically was very good. The financing part was far too long, especially considering I have A+ credit. I purchased a used vehicle and wanted to have my mechanic inspect the car before going through with the purchase. The Sales Manager, Evert suggested I drive the vehicle to my mechanic which made things a lot easier for me. Once the sale was complete at approximately 9:45PM on a freezing December night, the Salesperson, Jennifer Boldis followed me with my newly purchased vehicle to my house so I could drive the car I had driven to the dealership back home. He went over everything from the car's features to financing options. Mike is a terrific guy and a credit to Millenium Toyota. Rob Hoffman - Loan Officer Rob seemed like a decent, down-to-earth type of guy. The problem, at least for me, started when despite a near perfect credit rating, Rob showed me my credit report. Although it is true I have used mainly one credit card for many years, and have not purchased many expensive items on credit, my very high credit rating by itself should have been sufficient to grant me a 4 year 1.9% APR loan arrived at by Mike Korgood. However, Rob said that wasn't possible give my "credit history". It should not be a "crime" not to borrow a lot a money to buy a host of expensive items. I prefer the peace of mind, at least up to now, of not being in debt to anyone for any reason. In fairness, maybe Rob was just "following orders" from his superiors at the bank. However, I still feel that I was dealt with unfairly, and that my inexperience in buying new cars was exploited for financial gain. More
