Sorrry for the delay in response, I had some health issues this last pass week. There was a strange noise in my after a service visit. On Saturday, I purchased a used car from your company, and I inadvertently left my e-zpass in my trade in. Mike had greeted us when we arrived, as we had seen the auto online, and he engaged us in conversation about where we lived in Brooklyn. It turned out that we live in the same neighborhood. When we realized what we did, we called Gary Iovino, he retrieved the pass, passed it on to Mike, who dropped it off at our home. I think your staff, all whom we met, or even passed on the showroom floor, had smiles and acknowledgement of us as people, not a small task for such a busy business.
