APPROXIMATELY 7 WEEKS AGO I CAME TO MILLENNIUM FOR MY OIL CHANGE. THEY ASKED IF I ALSO WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF THE RECALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SUN VISOR FOR MY 2011 CAMRY? THE SERVICE REP SAID SHE WOULD OR CHANGE. THEY ASKED IF I ALSO WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF THE RECALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE SUN VISOR FOR MY 2011 CAMRY? THE SERVICE REP SAID SHE WOULD ORDER IT AND IT SHOULD COME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I SPENT THE LAST MONTH PHONING FOR THE VISOR. LAST WEEK THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT THEY FOUND THE VISOR. IT WAS FOUND IN ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S BIN. I CAME IN ON THURSDAY 10/17/13 TO HAVE THE VISOR REPLACED AND HAVE THE SIDE DOOR MOLDINGS REATTACHED. AFTER WAITING 2.5 HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM, I WAS TOLD THAT THE MOLDING GUY DIDN'T COME IN THAT DAY AND I WOULD HAVE TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. WHEN THEY BROUGHT OUT MY CAR I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES. THEY REPLACED THE WRONG SUN VISOR AND THE BAD ONE WAS STILL ON THE CAR. THEY CHANGED THE DRIVER'S VISOR WHICH WAS PERFECTLY FINE. The overall experience was extremely positive. The sales staff was very personable, well informed and did not pressure us to buy. Àll our questions were answered fully and in detail when necessary. When I arrived at the appointment time for my car's first service, I was very happy to see that there was no line. Jonathan opened my door and escorted me to Steve at a service desk where I received p first service, I was very happy to see that there was no line. Jonathan opened my door and escorted me to Steve at a service desk where I received paperwork and an explanation of the process. Steve then walked me to a very comfortable waiting area and let me know the estimated time. A little over an hour later, Steve called my name and walked with me to the cashier. There was no charge for the service, as this routine maintenance is included with the car's purchase. My car was then driven to the exit where I found that it had also been washed. The Millennium staff was very friendly and efficient and the premises are very clean. I will continue to have Millennium service my vehicle and highly recommend the dealership to others. More
Total incompetence! 5 times brought back for same issue that shouldnt have been an issue because it was certified pre owned. This dealer is a MESS! No accountability for services rendered. I had my Camry serviced for a tire rotation and an oil change, however i noticed that my hubcap was missing. I brought the car back to Toyota and showed Joann. I also showed her that the other hubcap was change, however i noticed that my hubcap was missing. I brought the car back to Toyota and showed Joann. I also showed her that the other hubcap was about to fall off and that's when she said she will order a new for me. It should not have taken 3 weeks for a new hubcap. I made several calls before receiving an answer back. In my opinion this was VERY bad customer service on Toyota's part. I feel like i should get some new Camry mats for this inconvenience. Thanks.. She went above and beyond to show us all the features of the car and make sure we ended up with a car that had everything we were looking for....even down to the color. She made us feel comfortable and made the negotiation process painless. This is the second car we've gotten at Millennium and we would definitely go back the next time we need to buy a car. More

My 2012 Camry has 2400+ miles and I've had it for a year and a half. The reasons the mileage is so low are mine and totally irrelevant to you and the people at Toyota. The Service personnel at the Toyota dealership in Hempstead were extremely rude and obnoxious about it. I Know I have to continue to bring it in for servicing but I'd rather not return. I feel uncomfortable there. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name but he's in the very last office. The Manager is at the opposite end, I almost stopped in and complained and regret that I didn't. Either Robert Hoffman writes his own reviews or he is paying people to. This man was one of the most dishonest if not the most dishonest people I have ever met in my entire life. The excuses he comes up with for charges that he "can't explain" were very entertaining but quickly became frustrating. The dealership overall could use some better management. Nobody seems to know what anyone else is doing and other customers were kept waiting for hours as I was. This is my 3rd car from Millennium and the dealership has clearly changed over the years. They used to be a pleasure to deal with, that is no longer the case. With a few Toyota dealerships within 15 miles of any location in Nassau County, you'd be better off going elsewhere. More
