I went to Millennium Toyota on the recommendation of a close friend and I was extremely satisfied. John and his manager Josh Tauber worked out a great price than was lower then the other Toyota dealers we went to. John offered us coffee and made sure we were comfortable right until we drove off the lot. The service was excellent. My car was received in a timely manner and the rep Julia was courteous and helpful. My car was in for the 18 month free service. If I was to go for a new car I was looking for something at or close to what I was paying on my current lease, but figured that would be a stretch. We started by visiting a couple of other dealers, but nothing really struck me so it was time to visit Toyota to discuss lease end options. We were in the right place at the right time and met Ray Genadry before we even walked through the front door. Ray was generous with his time to show us around and really listened in an effort to meet our expectations......all without the high pressure I was hoping to avoid. Ray was a real gentleman & we couldn't have asked for a better match in a salesperson. James stepped in and helped us finalize the best lease option for us and it worked out well all around. I have to say that everyone we worked with at Millennium today was a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend the Millennium experience to our family and friends. Thank you! More
