Everyone I met at the Service Area was extremely helpful. My only compliant would be the phone system. Before I arrived, I called to discuss the issue with a Service Tech. The operator took my call, instead of transferring me to the Service Department, she asked what was the nature of my request. I advised her of the issue with the battery light being on and no power steering. She went "oh" and transferred me, mumbling the name of who she was transferring my call. Another person picked up, I described the issue, requesting guidance on the issue, and this person transferred me into someone's (I think Joe was the name) voice mail. Thankfully I descided to dry to the Service Center, though it was a treacherous drive. More
The service advisor was very friendly and curteous. I was able to drop off my car and have it serviced in a matter of hours. I appreciate that while i was informed that I needed new tires, I was not forced i able to drop off my car and have it serviced in a matter of hours. Stayed 3.5 Hours to buy a car, then I left with dirty car and broken windshield, it took me more than 6 trips and more than 2 weeks to the dealer to change.
