Visited several dealerships once I had selected Prius v to purchase & all of the others were not as helpful as Millennium. Michael, in particular, listened to my questions & answered them directly and to m to purchase & all of the others were not as helpful as Millennium. Honestly, we had reservations about going to Millenium Toyota based on previous experiences, but we thought we would give it one more try. We could not be happier that we did. Having bought a new car, I explained to Ray that I had needed rubber bumper protectors for the front and the rear. This would be put on after I had taken possession of the car as they had to order the par needed rubber bumper protectors for the front and the rear. This would be put on after I had taken possession of the car as they had to order the parts. when I came in to have it fitted, I was given front and rear bumper moldings which in no way would ever prevent scratches to the body of the car. When I finally had to go to the dealership after many attempts of contacting them on the phone, it was explained to me that that is what they understood. This is by seasoned sales people who had no idea what I was talking about. They had never heard of bumper protectors and they would just not listen to my side of the argument. Everyone in the dealership seemed to be covering each other. I had paid for the rear "bumper protector" and asked for a refund on that which would not be considered. I feel that they have done a big disservice to Toyota. More
I needed 15K maintenance and NYS Inspection. Missed first appt. because of other work. Made 2d appt. for 2 pm Got there on time, rapidly checked in. Saw Rick, wrote up order, decided to forego wheel alignmen appt. because of other work. Made 2d appt. for 2 pm Got there on time, rapidly checked in. Saw Rick, wrote up order, decided to forego wheel alignment, not too bad. Waited one hour or so in clean and convenient waiting area, having free coffee and snacks from vening machine. Auto cleared inspection, all charges for oil change and check-off of all items and replacement of one item (air filter?) paid By Toyota program up to $ 160 and paid $ 37 for annual NYS inspection, as prescribed by NYS law. Paid cashier by credit card and auto was returned to me after cleaning. Larry. More
Knowing how concerned Toyota is regarding its service and products, I want to make you aware of my most unpleasant experience with Millennium Toyota. While driving on a poorly lit street one night, I hit a c products, I want to make you aware of my most unpleasant experience with Millennium Toyota. While driving on a poorly lit street one night, I hit a curb and knocked off the rear passenger hub cap. I called Millennium, gave the VIN and was quoted a price: $78.14. They said they had it that day. When I came, they did not have it, but that they would have it the following day. It was suggested that I have the alignment checked. They ran a test and determined that the front alignment was off, not the rear as expected. I was told that this was a covered service by Julie since I had about 5,000 miles and had purchased my Prius 6 months ago. I returned the next day. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I took advantage of the shuttle service. I was given a number to call to have a driver come and pick me up. I called twice but only got voicemail, so I walked back-about a mile I think. My bill for this was $239.51: The realignment was not free and the hub cap suddenly cost $105.54 instead of $78.14! I returned a third day and spent the afternoon trying to straighten out the erroneous charges which they resisted. After the refunds, I paid $84.92 for the hub cap. I feel that some consideration should have been given to me for all the inconvenience, such as a refund on the hub cap. This experience was a nightmare. More
