I had visited three other dealerships before coming to Millennium. None of them compared to the service I received upon walking in. The manager greated us and I was quickly introduced to Kilma. She was honest and interested in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. After test driving the car, we worked through some numbers and within minutes I was within my price range. The manager continuously came over and chatted with us and was very friendly. I leased a Toyota from another dealship in the Tri-State area for 3 years and had that car serviced at Millennium. I've never had any issues with my last vehicle and look forward to continue using Millenium. Thank You! More
I brought my 2012 Toyota Camry to Millennium Toyota because the lever that opens the trunk and gas tank were not operating at all and I could not close the trunk or gas tank. I brought the vehicle in because the lever that opens the trunk and gas tank were not operating at all and I could not close the trunk or gas tank. I brought the vehicle in with a taped trunk and beeping due to the fact that the trunk would not close. I was told a part had to be ordered and it would be in on Wednesday. As this was Monday the 22nd of of April, I understood if it would take a day to order the part as it seemed that the cable had snapped that allowed the trunk and gas door to close properly. I was surprised when Rick at service called me Tuesday afternoon to say my car was ready. I had to get someone to drive me to the dealership to pick up the car and I thought it was fixed properly as they had ordered a new part. That was Tuesday. On Thursday, the 25th of April, two (2) days later I took my car for a car wash and was so surprised when the manager of the car wash came running over to me to say the trunk would not close. It was the same problem again. I am appalled at the careless, incompetent way that my new Camry was allegedly repaired. It was not repaired. And, I believe, at this time, that the old part was used again and a new part was never ordered. Just selling a car is not the total new car experience! The service department is of upmost importance. I believed that my problem originated at factory-- but now I was horrified to find out the mechanics at the dealership cannot fix the problem. I don't have the luxury of driving to Hempstead without someone have to pick me up or drive me there. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership due to the lax way they fix the vehicles brought to them. If anyone does read these reviews you can tell I am incensed by the lack of competence and would never ever recommend Millinnium Toyota to anyone. Lesley Chodos More

I had a Chevy Equinox, a Millennium Toyota, and I found the experience entirely different from other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. I had a Chevy Equinox, and inquired about trade-in with a Chevy dealership, and the trade-in value that they offered me was far less then what I received with Millenium Toyota. Angelo was without a doubt the best salesperson that I've dealt with. He really went out of his way to help me during this deal, including coming in on an off day for a second test-drive. He was patient and work diligently to find me the vehicle that I wanted. His service didn't end with the deal either. He has been very helpful after the purchase in answering questions, and concerns that I had about the deal and the car. I would recommend Angelo without hesitation to anyone who was considering looking for a car.. especially a Toyota. Thank you to Angelo and his associates for making this a really pleasant buying experience. More
Have highly reccommended your dealership many times. Only one problem an insurance person from all state was going around soliciting and I don't think it was appropriate. Robert Hoffman, sales representative, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and not hard sell. Purchased price of vehicle was very fair. Finance dept. and sales made a good team in the purchase. my appointment is 10am and check in before 10am. i was told by karen(service coordinator) that i will wait until 3pm-4pm even though it will only take 1hr to repair my car. she said that my car will not b told by karen(service coordinator) that i will wait until 3pm-4pm even though it will only take 1hr to repair my car. she said that my car will not be attended as expected since she did not see my appoinment confirmation in the system. and she ask me if i received an email confirmation for the appoinment. i said no. in my mind, since i just called customer service to make an appoinment i dont expect to receive email confirmation since i already talked with the customer service and this is the purpose of their job to look for available schedule to give to a customer. and i think no confirmation needed thru email since they are the one who confirmed the appoinment. in fairness with karen she put a note that i have my baby with me so that they can give me a priority. to make the story short i waited for four hours. it took four hours to finished a 1 hr repair job. i think the purpose of the appointment is to lessen the waiting time of the customer but it did not work for me even if i have the scheduled appoinment. ps: i saw my name in the tv monitor located in the customer waiting area the list of the people who have an appointment for that day. I found your staff to be very knowledgeable. I did not feel intimidated as I did at another Toyota agency. The salesperson spent as much time with me conversing about the benefits of each Toyota, making s feel intimidated as I did at another Toyota agency. The salesperson spent as much time with me conversing about the benefits of each Toyota, making sure that I made the right choice. I would certainly recommend Millenium Toyota where I bought my first car in 1985 and other Toyota Camry's later on. Need I say more. I feel that your entire staff are excellent people. More
