I met with Mo Khan on august 2012 regarding the refund of I bought my first car at this dealer on 2007. I financed the car and paid it off earlier. I met with Mo Khan on august 2012 regarding the refund of the extended warranty that was sold to me when I bought the car. The extended warranty was never used. The financing agent told me that I will obtain the full refund of the extended warranty anytime I decided to get a refund, he even noted it in the contract. I contacted Mo in person regarding the refund and he told me that he will take care of it and that I will get my full refund in couple of weeks. Weeks passed with no results. Despite of my busy schedule, I managed to go to the dealer and see Mo in person again and he said to me that the refund was in process. Ever since then I have been trying to contact Mo in order to determine why the refund has not been issued, but his explanations have altered between "refund is in process" to "waiting to hear back to see if extended warranty was used" despite I have already told him that it was never used. To make matters worse, Mo has not communicated back to me for the passed couple of months. I have called Mo and the dealer repeatedly but ended up with voicemails or reception telling me "they are with a client and they will take a message." It has been six months now since I requested the refund of my extended warranty. I have not received my refund and I am very disappointed and perplex by the lack of answers. More

We spent THREE hours negotiating terms (monthly payment and the number of months) with the salesman. We had a price in our budget and couldn't pay more. The salesman would disappear to "talk" to the manage and the number of months) with the salesman. We had a price in our budget and couldn't pay more. The salesman would disappear to "talk" to the manager every 10 minutes. He refused to discuss APR with us. After we FINALLY agreed to the terms (subject to credit approval), we met with a second guy to finalize. If you looked up "used car salesman" in the dictionary his face would be next to it. He was a fast talker and kept saying he was going to "keep things simple." Meanwhile, it became apparent that we were falling victim to a bait and switch. The terms we spent HOURS negotiating were never on the table. Suddenly we were being told to sign on the dotted line for terms that were all COMPLETELY different (higher monthly payment, longer payment term and NO warranty). Fast talker tried to blame it on the fact that the initial offer was "subject to credit approval." However, he admitted that even with literally the highest credit rating (and we close) the originally negotiated terms were simply not on the table. In other words, their initial offer was a complete lie. When confronted they tried to ignore our questions and sell us on the new deal. They couldn't explain why the initial terms (which were in writing) were ever offered. Their answer? "I don't know." When we accused them of a "bait and switch" he shrugged and said, "I wouldn't call it that." But he certainly didn't deny it. COMPLETE waste of time and completely unethical. More

My recent visit was for a Scheduled Service. Jorge was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Details of the visit were discussed, and an estimated time for completion was established (I asked for professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Jorge kept me informed of the progress, presented the invoice when completed, escorted me to the Pay Window and had the car driven to me. This was a great visit. As a person who HATES service visits, this was painless and comfortable. As for Ms. Wallace. I purchased my Toyota a few months ago and I thought she was great. As I waited for my car to come back for the service, she was arriving for work. She greeted me, remembered my name, and car I purchased and inquired about my experience with the vehicle to date. Again, simply outstanding. Based on my experiences at Millennium, would I purchase another Toyota? Yes. Would I be at Millennium? Yes. Would I recommend this place to a friend? No question. The Salesperson promised me between $1000 and $2000, and knowing it was within the range of the Kelley Blue book value, I was happy with that. Later, they used every trick in the book, from saying it was flood car (not true- I was out of state during the Hurricane) to saying that if they were going to give me the Kelley Blue Book value, than I should expect to pay the full Kelley Blue Book Value for their car. The salesperson agreed to contact me when he more vehicles in stock but never did. They run their business by making offers scrawled in thick marker across a form or printed document. Even when the back of the page is blank. This sales pitch really sank to new lows when my salesperson completely disappeared (only to be spotted later helping another customer) and another sales guy (who informed us he had been working there less than a year) came over and restarted the negotiations- including the fact that I wouldn't get any money for my trade in at all. I guess the first sale guy was in over his head when he promised that I wouldn't pay any fees and I would get at least $1000 for my trade in. At this point, we left and decided to try our luck with Honda. Unfortunately Millennium Honda must share the same training strategies that Toyota uses because we also received the marker/form deals and salesperson switch. After two months and countless hours wasted, I drove out to Honda City and for the FIRST time in this entire process was met with courtesy. I didn't receive any gimmicky sales pitches, I didn't pay any fees (except the DMV/registration fees), I got a fair price for my trade in, a competitive financing rate, was able to check the CarFax report before I purchased the vehicle, paid less than the online special and overall, felt like I was treated with dignity throughout the whole process. Honda City, AR and Wayne Wellington were a breath of fresh air. Millennium Toyota not only lost me as a potential customer, but also lost the family member who referred me too- as neither of us will be buying cars or referring others in the future. More

He was exact to the point and wasted no time trying to impress us with useless facts and typical car-salesman games. He was honest and asked us questions that would help us make the right decision and getting the best deal and price. We knew what we wanted when we walked into Millennium Toyota, and really did not want to be talked out of it by any salesman. Brian Tighe understood what we needed and helped us make the whole process quick. We got a fair price for our trade in car and the price on a new car ( 2013 Rav4 Limited), was exactly what we wanted to pay. We took the car home the same day and I feel like Brian Tighe, did the right thing for us. Great guy and a very good salesman. Brian, if you are reading this, we love our Rav4 Limited. Also, kudos to Pat Marangello, the Lease Manager, who we had dealt with in the past on our previous purchase of a 2010 Toyota Camry LE. The staff in the service dept. are attentive, courteous and friendly. Every service advisor with whom I have dealt over the past seven years has been knowledgeable, very familiar with what is needed for my and friendly. I find them to be courteous and friendly, attentive to my time and needs and willing to listen and explain where necessary. The hours of operation are very convenient and the appointment staff are extremely accomodating. I have yet to interact with any employee, in any area, who was not. There are many auto service providers in my area, but I have continued to frequent this dealership since the purchase of my vehicle and my very first service. More
