Thanks to Anthony I am picking up my 2013 Venza on Friday .. Went to a buy a new car there after Sandy and these guys are con artists: Take your credit card under a false premise and don't release until you start dialing 911. I found a great price for the car I was looking for. Although this dealership was far from me, the price quoted seemed worth it. I met with Robert Hoffman who relative to other car dealers I met was more straight forward in price and fees tagged on to the purchase. After purchasing the car I found the trunk had mildew inside and a seat that had white/clearish stains. In trying to resolve the issue by getting in touch w Mo or my service rep at their service station the only thing I ended up with was a voicemail or someone telling me they're with a client and they'll take a message. I think it's been 2 weeks now. 12/24/12 update - Just to clarify, when I showed Mo my concerns regarding the car, he never hesitated in working on correcting the issues. Once he was made aware that the service dept was not returning my calls, he made sure it got resolved. After posting my original message, I got in touch with Rob Hoffman who I assume brought the communication issue I was having with the service dept to Mo. He contacted me with any updates and made sure any additional issues were dealt with. I'm on my 3rd Toyota now and from my past experiences and all the different dealerships I've been to, Rob and Mo are the best I've encountered overall. More

After storm, my new one month car was totaled. They wouldn't honor the first deal, because I didn't have a "loyalty coupon"- How about I lost my home & car to the hurricane! I made noise in the dealership- Mt Santi- In front of a room full of clients. "I'm Not selling you a new car" You are rude & if the Angels are aligned above- Your next dealer will screw you. How is that for a professional! - I'm rude - They lied to me for 6 weeks & I had no right to be upset! 7 weeks prior, I couldn't leave the dealership without them making a deal- They were hungry. Now the hurricane hit & they no longer need my business, since they have a showroom full of people. Leased 3 Lexus & 2 Camry's - Good-bye to Toyota Stand clear- They will rip you off! More
My family and I really appreciate the time and patience Michael Korgood took with my parents' purchase of their Toyota Corolla. I really am happy with my experience. Rob Hoffman was very helpful in meeting my needs for a new car. He took the time to find out what my needs were and worked very hard to make sure that they were met very helpful in meeting my needs for a new car. Once Rob was able to set everything up he set us up with Sam Taylor who also was very helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure working with both Rob and Sam.
