I cannot really speak much more on this particular experience, because I do not know who you are. If you could let me know that much, I could at least see what happened. Sir, My name is Michael Ostrow, and I am the Business Development Manager here at Millennium Toyota. First I would like to apologize for what appears to be an extreme case of misunderstanding. I would like to state a few things on our behalf. We were told by you yourself that you only had 2 payments left on your previous lease, which was then what we contractually agreed to pay. You came in after we had sent out the contracts to say that you had a third payment and we had to pay that as well. We were not obligated to pay that, but actually helped you anyway, regardless of the fact that you came in yelling in front of anyone who would listen. To call us dishonest in this regard is a blatant lie. After the storm, you came in demanding and very condescending. You actually tried to put your hands on our Lease Retention Manager. Of course we would not honor another deal with you. You may call us unprofessional all you like, but the truth is we did nothing wrong in this regard. We have the right to refuse business to people who become ill tempered and loud in our showroom. Again, I do apologize for what appears in your eyes as bad business. The truth however, if you slow down to think about it, is that we were given faulty information by you about your payoff upon your first visit to the showroom, and we helped you anyway.
