Hello, My name is Michael Ostrow and I am the Business Development Manager here at Millennium Toyota. First I do want to apologize for your current situation. I understand how upset you are, and I would be to if I understood things as you are explaining them. It is my understanding however that we were holding the car for you and agreed that we would hold it for 2 weeks. We had many other orders for the vehicle, but had agreed upon the two weeks. You picked up the car on day 14...2 weeks , the agreed upon date. We actually gave you more for the trade than we were going to initially. Also, if your salesman said that it wasn't the case that someone was looking at your car, that was the case. Again regardless of that, the agreed upon time frame was two weeks. My name is Michael Ostrow and I am the Business Development Manager here at Millennium Toyota. First i want to apologize for your current situation. It is my understanding that you were last here in the late Spring for an oil change. Since then you have now driven it to Albany where you noticed the oil leak. Subsequently you spoke with Ms. Caraballo about your issue. It is my understanding you were told that once the other dealership diagnoses the issue, to contact us and we would take care of it. Since then, Theresa got in touch with your service in Albany, Clayton, and was waiting for the diagnosis for your vehicle. Again, we had told you that we would take care of this issue for you. As far as our mechanics and here, they are well trained and certified. When we finally find out what the issue is, again we will take care of it. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
