We spent 2.5 hours looking at a used Highlander. Finally ready to sign and take the car, and Danielle came back saying the car was sold the night before. Sloppy work. Very, very sloppy work. We get a call the next day and asked how our experience was. I call "Peter" back (he called me I didn't call him) and he was very disinterested in my "experience". They only want to hear about a good experience. I then call "MO". When I tell him of my experience, he doesen't really want to hear it because It wasn't a "good experience". He told me I had an attitude. I told him if he didn't really want to hear about "my experience" why the heck would you call me in the first place. I told him I would never go back and I will tell everyone I know (I have alot of friends and acquaintences) that I would never go back again!!!!!! Put that in your pipe you pompous "bate at switch" phoney, ingenuous sales people!!!! More

Went to Millenium because I had a Scion XB to trade in that I had bought there 5 years ago with the purpose of using it to put against the purchase of 2 vehicles. We were greeted when we walked in met with Anthony who couldnt have been nicer. He hooked us up with Mike and we worked with the 2 of them to get the deal we needed. Understanding the economical issues of a 2 car purchase Anthony presented us with more than one option to make the financial end of it work for us after Mike had shown us around and helped us to choose the perfect vehicles for our needs. I highly recommend both these men and Millenium Toyota. Having recently had a nightmare of an experience at another dealership when buying my daughter a car I am sorry I didnt go to Millenium first. They are a class act. Thank you. More

Other dealerships told me that the deal millennium offered me on a new car was "wacky" and "probably not real". Turns out they were wrong; got an amazing deal on a new car without putting anything dow offered me on a new car was "wacky" and "probably not real".
