Not only would I never buy a Toyota again, but I would never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not never buy from the Millennium dealership on any model they sell new or used. I purchased my car at the end of 2009. It is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Not even finished paying the car off and the paint is chipping and rusting on the roof. No indication of any damage by any means to the roof and with no field manager inspecting the car the decision was made by the service dept that they were not going to repair my car due to the fact that it was over "two years old" even though my warranty - the 3yr/36,000 miles, is still in effect. They do not want to be bothered and they took the word of a field manager who never inspected the roof. They said it was the field manager who suggested it was "bird droppings" causing the rust. How the heck would the field manager know that when he never looked at the car? Of course the one svc manager jumped on the roof of the car and told my husband and daughter is was definitely "rust" and never said it was from "bird droppings." This car is garaged and not parked under trees. It was also inspected a few months ago at their dealership and no mention of any damage to the car was noted. It is too young to form this kind of rust from any environmental source. It is a poor paint job that is peeling away. Toyota's are known for this. The mantra at Toyota is to use the "bird droppings" to breach the warranty you have on the car. They can say what they want to about the car and the cause of damage but they cannot prove it with 100% certainty in a court of law. At Toyota, they stick together like a band of brothers and no one will go to bat for the customer. Not only was the one service manager very duplicitous and condescending to me, he never even bothered to answer my phone calls, avoiding me at every cost. Seems everyone wants to jump on you to sell you something but once something is wrong, no one wants to talk to you. I would never recommend this dealership nor recommend buying a Toyota. My 1999 Plymouth Voyager is 10 years older and has NO rust and is parked outside. BUYER BEWARE! There is a reason why car salesman and dealership service depts have bad reputations and are not the most trusted individuals on the planet. More
I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle which was a 2012 six cylinder RAV4. Although the dealer did not have the color in stock that I wished, Jennifer Boldis who was my salesperson drove to another st 2012 six cylinder RAV4. Although the dealer did not have the color in stock that I wished, Jennifer Boldis who was my salesperson drove to another state to find what I wanted and brought it bqck to the dealership. Since I previously had a RAV4 and enjoyed the ease with which it drives, I stuck with the same vehicle which I had for about 30 months and when I was able to get out of my previous lease and obtain a new car, I was delighted. I could not have been treated any better. I was greeted with enthusiasm and without delay. Starting with Ms. Wallace, I was shown various models, had all terms explained, and had all my questions answered. with enthusiasm and without delay. Starting with Ms. Wallace, I was shown various models, had all terms explained, and had all my questions answered. My options were described thoroughly, thereby making my decisions comparatively easy for myself. Both Mr. Santi and Ms. Sukwanitkun were both friendly and efficient. All in all, everyone acted not only with speed and professionalism, but with good humor as well. More
I enjoyed working with the folks at Millennium Toyota, especially Mark Campbell and Pat Marangiello. The overall experience was wonderful, both Mark and Pat made us feel like we were special customers. Th especially Mark Campbell and Pat Marangiello. The overall experience was wonderful, both Mark and Pat made us feel like we were special customers. They were both very friendly and attentive, offering us beverages and making sure we were comfortable. Mark made sure that the new Rav4 was detailed and prepared just perfect. Customer service and quality was the best a person could ask for... I love the Rav4 and I am happy that I purchased it from Millennium and thier friendly staff. More
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Toyota Prius. Michael Korgood, our salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. What I really liked about him, Liz Corona (financial manager) and the dealers Prius. Michael Korgood, our salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. What I really liked about him, Liz Corona (financial manager) and the dealership in general was that they were professional and made everything, including the financial points, very transparent and clear, which is very important to me. I didn't feel pushed or rushed during the sale. We will certainly do business again in the future. Thanks! More
After a disappointing visit to renew a lease on a 2012 Camry the internet sales manager Michael Ostrow stepped into the picture with a great customer satisfaction recovery effort. His efforts, coupled wi Camry the internet sales manager Michael Ostrow stepped into the picture with a great customer satisfaction recovery effort. His efforts, coupled with the extremely helpful input of salesman Terry Romano, resulted in a completely different experience which will ensure this customer returns to Millennium Toyota for any future leases or purchases. Our family has now bought 3 Toyota's from Millennium Toyota in Hempstead and a Lexus from their related dealership in Rockville Centre. Both dealerships treat you like a PERSON, not just an anonymo Toyota in Hempstead and a Lexus from their related dealership in Rockville Centre. Both dealerships treat you like a PERSON, not just an anonymous paying customer. You truly feel as if you are in a valued relationship and that they are looking to do the best for you (and make money for themselves, of course.) This extends both to the sales people AND the service people. They bend over backwards to make you happy. More
Our lease was ending. Mark Campbell and Liz gave us leasing and financing options. Mark was very helpful in helping us get a good deal and stayed late to get us our new car. I have been a long time customer of Toyota, but was the first time I have purchased a car from Millenium. I walked into the dealership with my dad who came for moral support and was warmly greated, I was paired up with Merrick Morgan sales, he was eager to help me out with picking the perfect RAV4. Millenium had a huge selection, and working with Merrick and Anthony we all worked out a fair deal for all. Hector was the finance person who walked us through all our options and paperwork. By that time my wife and daugther joined us to seal the deal, we were in a rush, we were celebrating my daughters birthday that evening and everyone at millenium was understanding. I want to end by stating I am a first time buyer at Millenium, from the time I walked in to the end of my visit, I felt I was apart of a family and appreciated. The three names I listed, Merrick, Anthony, and Hector are the three primary staff members I came into contact with, but there were many more from the greeters to all that staff that were eager to help answer any questions I had. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Ted More
