What can I say it was my first time in a car dealership and they were recommended by a friend. We had a salesmen who was nice in the beginning and then started to mope and say he was not happy. We also found a lot of discrepancies in what he was saying such as the freight fee was waived and it was not. When did it become about the salesman? We are investing in a long term item here. He dismissed us abruplty and passed us onto another salesperson who tried to make amends for his poor behavior. The place looks nice and they give you coffee and tea. Have nice tv's and comfy sitting areas but the overall feel of the place and vibe does not match the mission statement of this dealership at all! They also want a deposit to find you the car that you want if they do not have it. Why the deposit? They should locate the car and let us know they have it and then we can talk? On a positive note they do let you test drive the car, they will give you a discount if your a Costco or AAA member and their internet customer service staff is good. More

I went in to get my 2004 Toyota serviced and something repaired. The service guys were very honest and I felt the repair was too costly for the age of the car. The salespeople let me look with no pressure. I told them I was thinking about replacing my car in 2 months. They were very friendly, informative and patient. I went back a week later to get the 2004 appraised. I felt the price was so good, I traded it in that day. Financing really went out of their way to help me find the best deal. The end of the day I came home with a new car and don't feel like I was pushed into it or taken advantage of. More
Went to Millennium Toyota after visiting Hyundai and Honda and leased a 2011 Camry. The Toyota Camry was of better quality then those cars driven at Hyundai and Honda. They provided the best lease price. The sales associate Chris Ingrassia made sure that my wife and children where kept comfortable with coffe, drinks and snacks during the transaction. I plan to go back to Millennium Toyota to replace my 1996 Avalon next summer. More

We purchased a Toyota 2012 Prius V, which was our second Toyota purchase from this dealer this year. Our sales person was very knowledgable about the Prius line in particular and all Toyota products. Deceptive practices...Worked with sales person on price of used vehicle. Signed a contract and left a $500 deposit awaiting financing through my credit union. One day after deal was agreed upon had a mess of used vehicle. Signed a contract and left a $500 deposit awaiting financing through my credit union. One day after deal was agreed upon had a message left on my answering machine at home while I was at work to call them. Called back and was told my vehicle was sold. I don't understand how they could accept money if it does not hold the car for even a day! 3 days later they still have not credited the money back to my charge card although they have promised to do so. THERE WAS AN INITIAL PROBLEM THAT I LET GO BUT NOW WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CERTIFIED USED WARRANTY WAS NOT FOR A COMPLETE YEAR when the finance guy tried to sell me and additional warranty for $2000!!!! This was a deceptive practice which I hope stops immediately after my complaint. Mainly, I want my money back since they sold the car, and really they should have credited the money back immediatley after they cancelled the deal by selling the car. More
