The service dept. sucks..... The Assistant Service Manager is Kevin Hirapersaud who is very dishonest, rude, and very emotional, but it's expected because he's a young kid. The Service Manager is Joshi Sunjit who doesn't know to treat customers with respect and his answer to things is "go somewhere else". I took the vehicle (13 months old) in to have it checked because there was a rattle coming from under the car. They tried to blame it on some aftermarket parts that were installed on the car. The aftermarket parts were totally irrelevant to the rattle. They charged me a service fee even though the car was under warranty. I payed the fee in order to get my car back. The service manager informed me that if I removed the aftermarket parts, and the rattle is still present, he would refund me my money. To their surprise, within 30 minutes, I went home, took the parts off, and headed back to the dealership. Guess what, the rattle was still there even with the aftermarket parts off. I received my money back so I'm happy but it was a big headache. The only honest people in this place are the technicians. I will Never, Never, Never, go back to this Dealership. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

It was then I realized that the staff of Millenium treated people with a lot of respect. From Fernando Gonzalez to Sam Taylor in finances, we never felt pressured into anything. We will certainly be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. The only draw back is out of their control and that is waiting on DMV. If there was a way to stream line that process, it would have been a great "overall experience". More
I dealt with 2 Sales Consultants, Wallace Watts and Algenon McKie. Both were helpful and knowledgable and helped lead me to the car that was right for me. Liz was one of the nicest people I have met, although I was one of the last customers of the night she was friendly and did not short answer any of my questions and went through all of the paperwork. I did not have to wait for my vehicle or make an additional trip to the DMV because everything was done onsite which was awesome. More

I asked her if she can orient me to Toyota Rav4, i thanked her 'n she handed me her card 'n told me dat whenever i'm ready to buy,to just call her, she's very professional 'n knowldgeable 'n it made me feel at ease wid her. I'm still unsure which car 2 buy so i asked my friend 2 accompany me to shop around, i test drove her car(she has a toyota Rav4) 'n i fell in love with d Rav4, how it runs, d interior, i'm a simple person so base model 4wd is fine wid me 'n from dat moment i know what car i want 'n that is d Toyota Rav4. So i called Jennifer 'n made an appt. I went there this past labor day weekend 'n as u all know it was a very busy day weekend. We were greeted by few agents 'n offered their service. I met JENNIFER 'n she greeted us but since she was busy assisting other customer, instead of us waiting, WALLACE WATTS was assigned 2 us, he greeted us 'n i told him specifically what i was looking for, he showed us d Toyota Rav4 in their lot though i know their differences,i asked him to differentiate all d Rav4's model. He's very knowledgeable 'n professional 'n since this is my very first car, i'm not an easy customer to deal with, i'm very skeptical since i've read so many horrible stories from people who has had a negative experience from other dealership(NOT this dealership but other dealership)BUT my experience with MILLENIUM TOYOTA turn out to be a GOOD, POSITIVE 'n ENJOYABLE experience for me,from JENNIFER, WALLACE, 'n to HECTOR d finance manager, very friendly, made u at ease,very Professional, it's all positive experience.They answered all my questions to d best of their knowledge. I went there at 3pm, negotiated d price wid JAMES d manager n gave me a reasonable price, da paperwork, detailing, 'n at 8pm i drove my very first Brand New 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD base model. I know they only opened until 6pm, b4 WALLACE 'n HECTOR left they Congratulated me 'n thanked me 'n at 8pm JENNIFER, (yes she stayed!)told me my car is ready 'n oriented me how everything functions 'n handed me my KEYS 'n CONGRATULATED me. I was so excited 'n Happy but i didn't show them:)I would like to THANK ALL OF THEM for their PATIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM 'n for that I'm now enjoying my Brand New 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD.
