Toyota Care I bought my 2015 Toyota Corrella in for maintenance. They took my car in right away. Carlos was excellent. New lease and return of previous leased vehicle Mark Campbell was able to get us into a new 2018 Rav 4, within three hours. The car did not have the crossbars on it, however, an invoice was written Mark Campbell was able to get us into a new 2018 Rav 4, within three hours. The car did not have the crossbars on it, however, an invoice was written so we can come back in to the dealership to pick up and install the missing part free of charge. We also were able to get our new monthly payment to five dollars higher than our previous payment. Overall, our experience was great and painless. Only had to pay first payment, ttyl, and plate transfer DMV fee. Thank you for helping us with our new lease and we will continue to work with Mark Campbell (aka Soup) in the future. More
