Excellent as usual I purchased my 2011 RAV4 at Millennium Toyota and since purchase had all service performed at Millennium Toyota. No other person or group has touched I purchased my 2011 RAV4 at Millennium Toyota and since purchase had all service performed at Millennium Toyota. No other person or group has touched my RAV4. The car is in excellent shape and I give credit to Millennium Service. Although I have dealt with many excellent people at your location through the six years this February I took my RAV4 in for service and from the time I called in for an appointment to the time of completion I dealt with Assistant Service Manager Chantel Andrews. From setting up an arrival time to interfacing with me as a customer, she was excellent in explaining, listening and assuring I understood everything. Nick, before I retired part of my job as Field manager was providing customer relations training to the field engineers. From my experience with Chantel I would say she could run the courses. She is a natural. Also as usual the service performed by your technicians was outstanding. . Thank You Millennium Toyota! My new Camry had an unusual problem with the remote starter not working. In the winter this can be especially annoying. After a few failed attempts My new Camry had an unusual problem with the remote starter not working. In the winter this can be especially annoying. After a few failed attempts to fix, Nick the Service Manager decided to replace the "brain" of the remote inside the car. That was the solution! Thank you Nick! More

A great weekend I was skeptical that I would be approved for a lease. I went to millennium Toyota with hopes of driving out with a new car on my birthday.
