The car is in excellent shape and I give credit to Millennium Service. Although I have dealt with many excellent people at your location through the six years this February I took my RAV4 in for service and from the time I called in for an appointment to the time of completion I dealt with Assistant Service Manager Chantel Andrews. From setting up an arrival time to interfacing with me as a customer, she was excellent in explaining, listening and assuring I understood everything. Nick, before I retired part of my job as Field manager was providing customer relations training to the field engineers. From my experience with Chantel I would say she could run the courses. She is a natural. Also as usual the service performed by your technicians was outstanding. . A great weekend I was skeptical that I would be approved for a lease. I went to millennium Toyota with hopes of driving out with a new car on my birthday.
