When I walking first time Leslie (sales person) been acting like very nice and friendly, once I agreed to buy the car Toyota Sienna 2013 Certified, he shows what he is, there are few thing that made me frustrated:- 1. When we take about pricing : clearly said and I have copy, include title and plate , it was not , at the time of purchase charge me another 233 dollars. When I asked about they're yelling me and one guy said if you don't want to pay then cancel the sale. I did paid. 2. It's also advertised where I found the car ( true are.com) has floor matts included , there is nothing when delivered . There was a dirty service paper Matt was inside. 3. Because of the 1st situation Leslie was not ready and Not even show how truck functions, how to put the middle row seat, how use gps, phone connection, or any other options in the car to handle. Now I have to read the whole divers manual, because this is first time I'm using Toyota made vehicles. 4. No gass filled in the car. 5. Just like buy a car from the street . They have more responsibility than this certified national dealership. 6. I'm Sharing this experience to my friends and colleagues. 7. Giving you guy star rating of 1/5 8. I Got My First Car With Millenium Toyota! I went to Millenium Toyota to lease my first car and my dad and I were greeted right away by Gary who recognized from father from past visits. Gary was very friendly, extremely knowledge, and very helpful in explaining every step of the leasing process as we went along. He was patient and was able to find the RAV4 in the color I wanted. When it came down to paperwork, Nicholas Arcella of AllState was also very friendly and thorough. Overall, my experience at Millenium Toyota was a pleasurable one and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
BUYER BEWARE! 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it 1st I needed a lightbulb for my head light. It took 3 hours for them to tell me it would be 76.00 to put in a bulb! Are you kidding. They justified it by saying there is a base fee for any service done. So I went to AutoZone instead, bought the same bulb for 10.99 and the AutoZone guy put it in for me free, and it took 2 minutes. Later that week my 'needs maintenance' light went on. Since I have an extended warranty, I it took back to millennium.They wanted 150.00 to check the problem to see if it's under warrenty. They will deduct it from the bill if you let them do the work, but after the lightbulb scam, I wasnt trusting them. Turned out to be the tire sensor gauge. But the valve cap was frozen on. They wanted 157.00 to replace the valve on the tire! ARE THEY SERIOUS! I could buy a whole new tire for that much. I could also go to any used tire place and have it done for 15.00! Luckily they didn't charge me just to tell me that or I would have taken them to court. This is outright blatant scaming the customer. We will never buy from millenim Toyota ever again. If I ever have to have work done there, you can bet I will do comparison pricing on every single thing before having anything done by them. So much for the warranty that charges you 150.00 just to check if your covered. Its better to take the 150.00 loss and go someplace else, and I would still come out ahead. So BUYER BEWARE!! They are thieves and scammers More

My wife and I just renewed our lease for the newer model RAV4 2016 model.. I have limited time to spend running around for cars so I called this dealership to start the process going. I first spoke with KIm Ng the internet specialist who then connected me to Nateshia Wallace who I can only say made our experience transitioning from our past lease to the new one a very smooth one. They were professional and courteous in every way and made our new lease experience not only an affordable one but an easy one as well. I highly recommend this sales team( along with the manager Lucia) for anyone who wants the new car or leased car experience to be everything that the customer wants and needs.
