Since going to Millennium I do not dread having to get a new car. I love Toyota vehicles and Hector Maltese and Nateshia Wallace are wonderful!! They are professional and so helpful. Great service - little pressure I went to this dealership in response to an online posting for a pre-owned vehicle. By the time that we arrived, the vehicle was earmarked for someone I went to this dealership in response to an online posting for a pre-owned vehicle. By the time that we arrived, the vehicle was earmarked for someone else. However, the salesman was very cool and helped me choose a vehicle that suited my needs, within my price range. I walked away with 2 cars - one for myself and one for my son - and the experience overall was pleasant and without the hard push that you typically get at a dealership. The reason(s) for only 4 stars and not 5 are; - Pricing game. Yes, I realize that it's part of the process of buying a car to have to haggle and barter for a good price. However, I had laid my cards on the table and identified myself as familiar with internet pricing, so the haggling was unnecessary in my opinion. - No detailing. I was given the impression that before a car was released, that it would be detailed. They even pulled the vehicle from the lot to get "detailed". However, that meant only an exterior wash, since the interior surfaces were grimy and "sticky". I struggled with whether or not those two reasons were too trivial for knocking my review down to a 4, but in my mind a 5-star is complete & total satisfaction so I cannot. Can I leave it at 4 1/2 stars??? More
