He was responding to my text messages up until 11pm on a Friday night. He was so responsive that we bypassed 4-5 Toyota dealers close to my residence in Northport, and all the way over to Hempstead. We had some additional dealings with Jeff Zonen, General Sales Manager. He was also a total pro and a nice fellow. Extremely responsive to our concerns. On the floor, Kim, followed up quickly when some communications needed a little push. Hector allowed us to cut right to the chase and get out the door after a very long day. Nice guy too. But ALL sales people at Millenium were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a sense of a happy working environment in there. Makes me want to return! More

His friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring and patient demeanor was instrumental in our decision for the purchase. Having him as the sales person really made the difference. Additionally, the dealership itself isn't that bad. We thought the environment and layout contributed to the efficiency of the purchase. The finance manager was pleasant and professional, but seemed rushed in presenting the paper work which was perceived negatively. We are hoping for a similar experience with the service department.
