lesaon in customer care I made an appointment for service arrived 40 min early and stressed I could not wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and minimal service. Was promise I made an appointment for service arrived 40 min early and stressed I could not wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and minimal service. Was promised the vehicle would be ready in less than 2 hours. Reluctantly i waited and finally had to start complaining 2 and a half ours into the appointment to find out they hadnt even started working on the car. Need a lesson in customer care More

Excellent Customer Service I am not a big fan of dealerships, most are full of hot air and the customer service is weak. On entry we were greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile of DVon McGleese, a representative that was forthcoming and knowledgeable since his answers to our questions matched what we had learned from our thorough research. Dvon also gave us great advice on care and maintenance if we decided to purchase....and purchase we did! Based on my price comparison checks it turns out that I got the best possible deal on My 2016 Toyota Sienna. So yes...there is something as an honest car salesman. If you are in the market for a new car and want straight-up, no hard-sell jargon. DVon McGleese is the man to see.
