We got a great deal and he was pleasant and professional and the kind of salesperson that did it in an exceptional way. For the record, I was also speaking to 2 other dealerships who would have matched the price, but he was the one who knew how to best treat a customer and still make the sale. Nick was also very good in dealing with the insurance transfer. The rest of the group needs to work faster and better. Our experience in picking up the car was far less pleasant. We had already given Kamau the paperwork via fax and our charge account for billing and arranged to meet the next day at Noon for signatures and the drop off of the old car and drive the new car away. That should have taken maybe 30-45 minutes at best, as this was the 4th Prius lease we would be making. However, after seeing Kamau, the rest of the experience took 3 hours and 15 minutes. It finally reached a point that I had to see a manager to explain why something so simple, such as being customer friendly and taking quick action, was failing terribly. He was able to get us to the final stage of driving away, but it should not have been bnecessary for me to have reached the point of needing that help with a manager Final conclusion is high marks for Kamau Leslie but room for lots of improvement with the other service people. I can't say enough about Fernando's friendly and gentle personality. Of course product knowledge is important and Fernando performed remarkably in that aspect as well. With the help of the manager Louis (sorry I forgot the last name) we were able to transact without excessive games I experienced at Millennium's competitors.
