Even though we knew what we wanted, Roy was super patient in going over the details if the varioua trims, separately with myself and my wife , as we couldn't both make it at the same time. Jeff arranged the financials, we got a great deal. I give them both very high marks for excellent customer service. The only negative was the length if time it took the dealership to actually process the paperwork, even though I had filled out the credit application online and had made it clear upfront that this was to have been ready.
