Jay was very patient, informative, calm mannered, professional, and down to earth. He took his time to show cars, explain the different features, and also with dealing with the numbers. If he worked under a different manager or better yet, if he were the "Sales Manager", he would've closed the deal. I feel horrible that he did not make the sale because of Mike the ARROGANT, BULLYING, SARCASTIC, and PUSHY sales manager. My only suggestion to anyone reading this review is, ask for Jay, but if the want to be tough guy Mike comes afterwards, walk away or simply ask for another manager to speak with. More
