Poor Sales Practices 5 years ago I purchased a Prius III from this dealership. On July 24, 2015 I received an email telling me that my car was a sought after used 5 years ago I purchased a Prius III from this dealership. On July 24, 2015 I received an email telling me that my car was a sought after used car, they had someone that wanted to buy it and the dealership would pay me up to 110% of book value for my car. I knew it was a come on to get me into the dealership but I decided that if I could get a good trade in I would purchase a new car. I called and spoke to Jennifer Boldis on the phone and set up an appointment for 11:15 Saturday morning July 25. I arrived at 11:05 and asked for Jennifer at the desk. She came over introduced herself and said she would be a few minutes as she was with another customer. She checked in with me two or three times as she went from her customer to the managers office buit it was 11:40 before she was availble to meet with me. I gave her the key to my car and she took it to the appraiser to have my car apprasied. I had checked the range of values before going into the dealership so I had a good idea of the trade in value of my current vehicle. I told her I was interestd in a Prius III to replace my car. She told me that a Prius plug in might be almost the same price with governmet tax rebates and incentives. I said I might be interested if that were the case. We went outside and looked at a few different vehicles in the lot. We discussed the solar sun roof option that I had on my current Prius and Jennifer had absoulutly NO idea what that option did. She tried to tell me that it helped to increase the mileage by keeping the car cooler. She knew NOTHING about the option. I realized she was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles.
