Andrew negotiated the price with our consultant Mike Watanabe. When I showed up to pick up the car there was an additional~$700 in additional administration/transportation fees that were never told to Mike. Mike was also never forward the settlement sheet as Andrew thought. After the purchased I was made aware of these additional fees when I went to the DMV. My consultant stated that there are typically some fees, that normally would be ~$350, but he thought ~$700 was not acceptable. When I tried to address this concern I left several messages for Andrew without response.

Some of that is correct. What is wrong: Mike never received any fax. The dollar amount of the required check was called to us and given to my wife. My wife is the one who obtained the bank check. She didn't know what the price was that Mike agreed upon. The car was pulled from EBay based on that price. So any prices/fees listed on Ebay are not applicable. After I told Mike the amount of check and showed him the paperwork, he felt we were mistreated and somewhat taken advantage of. Hence the review. I left multiple messages and provided appropriate amount of time prior to posting this review.
