Brought 2010 Prius in for NYS Inspection and asked service to check as mileage had fallen off. Told tires were under inflated and Air filter was replaced and NYS Inspection was completed. When I picked up the car I noticed 12 additional miles on the odometer. The invoice did not show the additional 12 miles. I called the following day and after getting a runaround and being transferred to voice mail I was told my service adviser was off and would not be in until the following day. The following day I called back again. I asked to speak to the service manager and was constantly given voice mail. I left messages and finally Amanda a manager from reservations returned my call. She told me That Mr Jefferies ( Service manager) was out of the office for "a few days" I had also tried to reach the dealers General manager and was told for three days he was "unavailable" and his voice mail never worked. Amanda told me she would hand deliver my complaint to a Mr Joshi. About an hour later I received a call from Mr Guzman , my service adviser who tried to tell me that the mileage was mis recorded on the invoice. I was told by Mr Guzman and by others that there would have been no reason to drive the car 12 miles. I was told that Mr Guzman would research the issue. I heard nothing. The following day I called again and finally Mr Joshi returned my call. He told me the technician that worked on my car had called in sick so he could not research the issue until the next day. I was assured I would receive a call the following day. The following day I had not received a call by 3:30 pm so I called and again was directed to a Mr Jefferies voice mail. Mr Joshi called me back after 4pm and said the technician told him that the car was test driven 12 miles because of my complaint about the mileage when Mr Guzman told me that they only had to inflate the tires t the correct pressure and replace the air filter. I mentioned that I had been told that there would have been no reason to test drive the car 12 miles. I asked why the mileage in and mileage out did not reflect the actual mileage driven by the service department. I was promised something in writing to verify this information. As of yet I have not received anything. I do not trust that my vehicle was not used for an errand or other chore. I feel this is very unprofessional and I do not think it should take me 4 days to get an answer. More
I included Mark Campbell in this review because he is the salesperson that I first talked to when I purchased my car in 2006. I went to at least a half dozen other Toyota dealerships in Nassau and Suffolk counties but returned to Hempstead for the purchase because of Mark. From the first service that was needed on my car I have always gone back to the dealership. I had attended the new car orientation for service and that was informative and useful. For the first few years Matt Messina was the person I always worked with and I appreciated his knowledge on what my car needed. I feel the service, and professional work is excellent at this dealership and the reason I continue to go there for everything my car needs. Matt is no longer at Hempstead but in this last visit for my 50,000 mile checkup, Jorge Guzman explained what my car needed and suggestion a care package. I'm confident of the work that is done here and know that the exceptional work and care that is done on my car will add to its longevity. I also appreciated the shuttle service back to the dealership that I needed this last time. More
The Service at Toyota Millenium has been great. No problem with the 2012 Camry after a year, though EPA gas mileage rating is blarney. The EPA has car rated ar 25 City. I get around 17-18 mpg. I had (and usually Have) a good experience with my last service visit to Millennium Toyota's Service Dept. My service advisor, Ismael Valentin was courteous and informative and very helpful. When I'm a paying customer and I can't get a direct status about my car, get overpriced and charged with two hours labor for a key, and the front desk girl is nasty I have a huge problem. No one knows what they are doing yet are aimlessly walking around. There is no professionalism whatsoever. Retrain your employees so that your place of business isn't a place where people are more excited about leaving than getting service. A waste of my time. Rude people. More

My recent visit was for a Scheduled Service. Jorge was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Jorge kept me informed of the progress, presented the invoice when completed, escorted me to the Pay Window and had the car driven to me. This was a great visit. As a person who HATES service visits, this was painless and comfortable. As for Ms. Wallace. I purchased my Toyota a few months ago and I thought she was great. As I waited for my car to come back for the service, she was arriving for work. She greeted me, remembered my name, and car I purchased and inquired about my experience with the vehicle to date. Again, simply outstanding. Based on my experiences at Millennium, would I purchase another Toyota? Yes. Would I be at Millennium? Yes. Would I recommend this place to a friend? No question. The staff in the service dept. are attentive, courteous and friendly. Every service advisor with whom I have dealt over the past seven years has been knowledgeable, very familiar with what is needed for my and friendly. I find them to be courteous and friendly, attentive to my time and needs and willing to listen and explain where necessary. The hours of operation are very convenient and the appointment staff are extremely accomodating. I have yet to interact with any employee, in any area, who was not. There are many auto service providers in my area, but I have continued to frequent this dealership since the purchase of my vehicle and my very first service. More
