I called Miller Brothers and spoke to the Service Manager. He informed me that he saw the review. He stated that therebis nothing they can do for me and to take it to another dealer. He wouldn't even take it back and try to resolve the issue. He was harsh in his tone. He even suggested a dealership in Silver Spring. This type of Customer Service is unacceptable.

Our salesman did say that there weren't any scratches and for a 2016 used Cadillac the vehicle was in close to pristine condition. We offered the ability to provide additional discount in light of such events, but we decided to go separate ways. Best of luck in your search. Miller Brothers MGMT team.

Pristine? If that is the case why are you still advertising the car with only stock photos and not actual? Post the photos of the car, specifically the scratches on the the right and left side of the front bumper, the two spots on the hood where bird droppings have permanently etched the paint, the two dents and large scratch on the rear passenger fender, the door dings on the rear passenger door, the scratches on the rear bumper below the trunk opening and the paint discoloration on the passenger, top side of the trunk? Let everyone see just how “pristine” the car is.
