My husband and I have been looking for a specific vehicle for a couple months. We found exactly what we were looking for at Miller Motor Sales. Jake was willing to communicate whichever way was easiest in the moment. We ultimately made the decision to drive 4.5 hours from Michigan to check out the car. Jake checked in with us for our ETA and was waiting with keys in hand for us to check out the car when we pulled in the parking lot. The whole team at Miller was fantastic. Out of state purchases are trickier and both Jake and Brandon helped us navigate this from the beginning. They were flexible, friendly and patient. I was looking for a budget friendly car for my teenage daughter and found a 2007 Honda CRV. The price was reasonable and the condition of the vehicle. One of the main reasons we would consider Miller Motor again in the future is the low-pressure environment—there was no push to buy or obligation to purchase an extended warranty. Brandon in Finance walked us through a few extended warranty options, but at no point did we feel pressured to add anything we weren't comfortable with. When it comes time for our next vehicle purchase, we would definitely work with Kenny and Miller Motor again. More
