My 2017 Envision Burlington made my experience purchasing a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee a very enjoyable experience. I wasn't sure I wanted a new car. My 2017 Envision just needed new tires and it had been difficult to find a comfortable vehicle since I am short. I loved both the Blazer and Jimmy I had had many years ago, so agreed to try the Jeep. They had one warmed up and ready for me to drive on a Saturday morning. When I returned I said I would think about it. I wasn't sure about getting in it without a running board which I did not want to have added. There was no pressure about this. Just to let them know my decision and understand that the rebates offered could change if I waited past the date they showed on their paperwork. After driving my daughter's 10 year old one around the neighborhood and checking out the improvements, I made arrangements to go back after work on Monday. Ken spent close to an hour going over all the electronics and settings on the dash board. He didn't expect anyone to remember all the details the first time, so he gave me some basic information, papers, and his contact information. Then he told me to stop by anytime with questions. By the way, this is the second vehicle purchased at Miller. I still have and use the 2014 Town & Country that Travis sold my husband. The service department is another reason to use Miller Motors in Burlington. I have been very satisfied every time I have been here. More
