They did it again Miller Motors proved again how a dealership can truly care for their customers. I bought a used car at the end of January and right after that the state went into a stay at home orde dealership can truly care for their customers. I bought a used car at the end of January and right after that the state went into a stay at home order. After the order was lifted I was traveling for work and could not get the car in for work that needed to be done. I was finally able to get my vehicle in August almost 7 months later. It was long past the time my warranty expired and I was worried no one would help me. I worked with Devon who brought on Jason the service manager and George the used car manager and together they were able to take care of my vehicle and make it like new. I know that they did not have to help me but that is what you get when you buy from Miller Motors a company that puts their customers first. We came to Miller because we have done business with them for years and they haven't let us down. This time we were looking for a vehicle with some very specific features. Due to inventory issues caused by the pandemic they were unable to locate a vehicle immediately. We looked at other places, and had the opportunity to make a purchase on a couple vehicles at other dealerships, but Steve Halbach kept in touch and let us know Travis had ordered the vehicle and gave us a timeline on when we might expect it to arrive.
