They did it again Miller Motors proved again how a dealership can truly care for their customers. I bought a used car at the end of January and right after that the state went into a stay at home orde dealership can truly care for their customers. I bought a used car at the end of January and right after that the state went into a stay at home order. After the order was lifted I was traveling for work and could not get the car in for work that needed to be done. I was finally able to get my vehicle in August almost 7 months later. It was long past the time my warranty expired and I was worried no one would help me. I worked with Devon who brought on Jason the service manager and George the used car manager and together they were able to take care of my vehicle and make it like new. I know that they did not have to help me but that is what you get when you buy from Miller Motors a company that puts their customers first. We came to Miller because we have done business with them for years and they haven't let us down. This time we were looking for a vehicle with some very specific features. Due to inventory issues caused by t for years and they haven't let us down. This time we were looking for a vehicle with some very specific features. Due to inventory issues caused by the pandemic they were unable to locate a vehicle immediately. We looked at other places, and had the opportunity to make a purchase on a couple vehicles at other dealerships, but Steve Halbach kept in touch and let us know Travis had ordered the vehicle and gave us a timeline on when we might expect it to arrive. Great buying experience. The staff is familiar with the vehicles they sell unlike virtually every other dealer. I called and told them I was interested in a particular new Jeep and when I arrived it was si vehicles they sell unlike virtually every other dealer. I decided to buy and they had prefilled out paperwork to expedite my purchase. No other dealer would do this. They also included a life time power train warranty and they were able to license the Jeep for me in Illinois. They are old school great customer service! More

Ken Daniels was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew specs like tow ratings, equipment etc. With Covid, the dealership has procedures and policies in place and everyone was respectful of your space. Settled on a price and I had to leave for appointment. Came in the next morning and was ready to drive off in about 30 mins. All the paperwork and the vehicle were prepped and ready to go! Bought vehicles before and this experience was as pleasant and pressure free as always. Will, and have, recommended this dealership and Ken and Travis. More
